It is a possibility there might be court records as well. I was told the local jail was in Mason and a newpaper clipping I have said my great grandmother, Bessie Dempsey McMichael was arrested in Mason on one occasion and a warrant was issued for her arrest on another occasion. Hoping someone can help.
