Tank, 78, of Lansing died Jan. 15, 1992, at a local nursing home. Mrs. Tank was a life-long resident of Lansing; and a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ. She was a school teacher, superintendent, and principal for the Waverly District for 38 years. She is survived by her nephew, Phillip (Evelyn) Alleyn of Lansing, nieces, Diane (James) Vasilion of East Lansing, and Jaclyn (Robert) Clough of Charlotte, uncle, Harry (Mabel) Tank of Lansing;four great-nieces; three great-nephews;on gr great- neice, and two great great nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Myrtle Alleyn, on Jan. 7, 1991. Services were held in Deepdale Memorial Park Mausoleum on Jan. 18. Contributions in her momory may be made to St. Paul United Church of Christ. The Tiffany Funeral Home handled arrangements.
