Formerly of Kalamazoo and Okemos, MI, he had been an Estero resident for the last 6 years. He was born October 20, 1926 in Chepin, Peru, the son of Carlos A and Isabel (nee Salcedo) Ojeda. He was a Graduate of the University of San Carlos, Lima, Peru with an M.D. He practiced Child Psychiatry in Lansing, MI for 30 years before retiring in 1991. Dr. Ojeda is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Mary Lee (nee Beazley); his children, Peter Anthony Ojeda IV of Farmington Hills, MI, Marianne (John) Levine of Carversville, PA, Thomas Carlos Ojeda of Miami, FL, Jaime Richard (Karen) Ojeda of Woodbury, MN and Victor Jay (Julie) Ojeda of St. Paul, MN; six grandchildren, Marina, Michael David, Sabelle, Katelyn, Jordyn and Kaele; brothers and sisters, Ricardo, Carlos, Betty, Isabel, Caridad, Consuelo and Luz Maria. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 12:00 Noon at Joannes Ho! use at Hope Hospice.
