I can understand that they need limits on browsing indices where they aren't making $$$, but when someone wants to PURCHASE certified documents for proof of lineage, they are told that they are a lower priority than answering the phone, all other lookups, discussing pregnancies and anything else they feel like doing. Taking a genealogist's money is a lower priority than anything else. another quote "You're just going to stand at the counter and watch us - go sit down".... Anyone else had similar experiences?
