I've "rescued" an old photograph of Golda WINCHELL which was taken at the H. Randall Studio in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's or 1880's with Golda just an infant at the time. Thanks to the help of a WINCHELL Family Researcher, we believe that this is a photograph of Goldie Pearl WINCHELL b. 1888 in Leslie, MI, the daughter of Cyrus A. WINCHELL and Georgia THOMAS. Cyrus A. WINCHELL was b. in Rose, NY on the 28th of Aug 1853 and married Georgia THOMAS in Leslie, MI in 1883. The couple appears to have had three children, Auburn b. 1886 in Leslie, MI; Goldie Pearl b. 1888 in Leslie, MI; and D. O. b. 1892 in Leslie, MI. Based on the WINCHELL Lineage book Cyrus A. WINCHELL is #4113 and his lineage is (2712 John, 1351 John, 497 Absalom, 195 Joseph, 73 Azariah, 18 Benjamin, 3 Jonathan, 1 Robert). I'm hoping to locate someone from this WINCHELL family so that this wonderful old photograph can be returned to the care of family.
