I was thinking that Bernard was a brother of my Great Great Grandfather John Winters and his brother Patrick Winters, both of Bunker Hill. I know that John & Patrick's parents were Thomas Winters & Margaret Carroll of county West Meath, Ireland. Do you know who Bernard's parents were?
