He was married to Anna Kelly(a McAleer) .They had five children; James, Charles,Roseanna, John-Patrick(m. Catherine O'Leary) and James. So it appears to be a different family. It is interesting though, Charles(m.Margaret Marks) named one of his daughters Mary Lucille. Maggie
