I need to be educated on how to obtain a search of the State Divorce and Marriage records. I have some years as guidelines, but no specific date or really county. Are there people you can hire to do this, and if so, where do I find these people. I need the divorce of a Goldie (Douglas) Doble between Jan 1921 and 1924. Then Goldie's remarried to we think a Paul Wesley Douglas. I am not sure if she remarried under Douglas or Doble. Yes, she married someone with the same last name as her maiden name, or we suspect that at this point. That marriage should have happened during 1924 and 1925. I might have happened in Detroit, but I have very little real information. I would be interested in anyone that Goldie married during this time frame, as I am very iffy about Paul's name.
