Surnames: Belbeck Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/5538/hFB.2ACE/13.26.26 Message Board Post: I am very interested in your information on Belbecks as I have a birth certificate for my grandmother in which her mother is stated to be Amelia Mary Wren, formerly Belbeck, living in Bethnal Green, London. My grandmother was born in 1886. I know that in the census for 1901 there were only 15 Belbecks in the whole of the UK. Can you let me have any information you might have that links up. I have also researched the phone records for London England today and there are no Belbecks in London at present, one in Surrey only. I think we must be rare! Regards, Sue
