I'm pretty sure they got married in Grand Rapids,Kent county. When asked for a copy of the certificate,they said it's probably in Lansing,as they couldn't find it. Why should it be in Lansing ? Was it because they were from abroad ? The marriage probably was in 1909/1911. Hope someone can answer this question. Rian in the Netherlands
