I checked at the Local History files in the main branch of the Capitol Area District Library in downtown Lansing. The only thing they had was a reference to an article from an 1891 Lansing paper. This is all that it says, F. J. Savigny has sold his interest in the photograph business to his former partner, H. J. Christmas. from The State Republican; Lansing, Michigan; Wed. June 10, 1891; page 4, column 1. Was also told that there MIGHT be more info in the David Cattarino Collection inside the Local History Room itself.
