I agree with Susan as to the (state) Library Of Michigan is the best in the Lansing area for overall genealogical material. Also though, the downtown Lansing City Library (Capitol Area District Library-Main Branch), has a microfilm scanning machine so you can put anything you find from a LANSING paper onto a CD or Disk.
