I expect there to be many changes, but I have been able to find the locations for some of the places I remember. I'm still looking for the old addresses or locations of several places---Dancer's (a clothing/variety store downtown), A&P downtown, a bakery (maybe across from the Courthouse), the John Deere Store downtown, Thurber Lumber and Coal, the Thurber's home (my dad used to tend to their coal furnace on his way to work at the lumberyard), a walk-up ice cream place on the order of a Dairy Queen a few blocks from Thurber Lumber and Coal, a doctor's office in an old home away from downtown ( red brick, 2 story---he was our doctor in the mid to late 50s), and the "new" high school which was still being built when we moved in February 1960. Can anyone help me with where any of these places were so I can visit their sites when I come for my stroll down m! emory lane? Bertie in Idaho
