I would like to thank all who responded to my inquiry about a 1938 birth record. It would be part of my husbands family genealogy---but perhaps better left undisturbed. Now, I think I know why some stones are better left undisturbed... So maybe that 110 year privacy rule is well intentioned.... Again thanks Florence
