To my wife Eveline Green I bequeath during her life time the use benefits and proceeds of the following described lands. The South part of West (1/2) of North East fractional quarter (1/4) of Section one (1) containing forty (40) acres more or less; also the South East quarter (1/4) of North East quarter (1/4) of said section one (1) also containing forty acres more or less all and each description in township four (4) North of Range one (1) East in the County of Ingham and State of Michigan. I also will and bequeath to my wife Eveline Green the balance of my personal estate & wheat on the ground after all my legal debts are paid and satisfied; for the benef =it and use of my family in Educating & taking care of my children I further will and bequeath to my son Herbert Green the following described lands to come into his possession when he shall arrive at the age of twenty one years old, as follows The South West quarter(1/4) of the south East quarter (1/4) of Section one (1) containing forty acres more or less in township four (4) North of Range one (1) East also the South part of the North West fractional quarter (1/4) of Section Six (except twenty acres off from the East side of said description sold by me to Martin C Graves) in township four (4) North of Range two (2) East, each description in the County of Ingham and State of Michigan I further will and bequeath to my daughter Ann Luella Green the following described lands to come into her possession when she shall arrive at the age of eighteen years old, as follows The South half of North East part of the North west fractional quarter (1/4) of Section one (1) containing thirty five (35) acres more or less in township four (4) North of Range one (1) East in the County of Ingham and State of Michigan I further will and bequeath to my wife Eveline Green the use and benefit of the lands above willed to my son Herbert Green and daughter Ann Luella Green until they shall become of proper age as above stated to come into possession of said lands for the support and education of the aforesaid minor children I do further will and bequeath to my Son Herbert Green and my daughter Ann Luella Green or their heirs at the death of my wife Eveline Green the land above will [ed] to her [during] her lifetime to be divided equally between them according to value, and should there be any of my personal property left at the death of my wife the same to be divided equally among my heirs.
