My interest is in the family of Obadiah Adams, who came to Ingham County in 1844. He and his wife Catherine bought land in and around Leslie. Obadiah died here in 1856. His wife subsequently married George Cadwell of Jackson, MI. Nothing is known about her subsequently. Most of Obadiah and Catherine's children settled in Montcalm County, MI.
