Charlie gave my great grandmother to the next door neighbors where he lived in Newaygo Co when his wife Freda died in 1904. I found their marriage license from 1900 that indicates he was born in 1880 They had a son Milo (born abt 1901) that he kept with him and moved to Lansing. My great grandmother knew that he remarried to a woman named Gertrude. Charlie was a "motorman" in Lansing and I do have a picture of him doing that. Milo married Irene. I know nothing else about this family. Anyone that might have information, or can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.

His wife was Ann (West) -- they had one son Amos. The granddaughter Elsie was my grandmother's older sister. I have never seen a picture of Henry so would love a copy if you could scan. You can reply to me at [email protected] I have the info on the Whipples that is in the published Newaygo co. histories. If you have additional information I'd be interested. Randolph and Henry Whipple were sons of Amos/William Whipple and Mary (Polly) Rice. It seems like there should be a connection somewhere. I can send you a descendant chart on the sons of Amos Whipple. Tommy might have been a son of William Whipple, brother to Henry I don't have anything on Rolfe's although I've seen that name in Ingham Co.
