My great-grandfather was John Steinback who married a woman named Aina (don't know her maiden name) around 1902. My grandmother Adele Steinback was born in Houghton County, along with her sister Laina. They moved to Butte, Montana for a bit before settling in Chisholm, MN. John Steinback's father immigrated to Houghton around 1879. Later, in the 1950's, Adele Steinback and her husband Charley Tuomi bought a summer place in Rabbit (Dollar) Bay.
