Dear Friends ... Still looking for any connections to my Pearce "cousins" who left Penzance, Cornwall in the mid-1800's and settled in the Dover, NJ area. We have reason to believe that they were fairly well off, and although most of my Freethy ancestors were into mining, the Pearce branch may have been builders. Possible male names in this PEARCE family are John, Thomas, Charles and Edward. Females could have been named Lily (Lillie), Elizabeth, Margaret or "Letty". My gr-grandma ELIZABETH PEARCE FREETHY and her husband WILLIAM eventually moved west to Ishpeming in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Any leads? Thanks in advance ...
