In the Polk Directory, Allan R. McLeod is listed as boarding at 611 Dacota. A quick search of the entire directory does not show that address for anyone else. However, there are McLeods living at 311 Dacota. I am wondering if the 611 address might be a misprint. Does anyone have access to the Polk Directory for another year and could check for Allan? Marion, 611 Dacota has got to be a misprint as Dakota (notice it is now spelled with a 'k") Street is only 3 blocks long. It runs North-South with the street numbers ranging from the 100's to the 300's from South to North.
