I can't find out anything more about my great grandparents marriage. I do have a copy of the churches registry entry for it, a friend sent it to me, and a copy of their certificate. The only question I have is, why would they get married in a Polish church? As they were not Polish. I am still not sure if they had already been married when they arrived here, they could have had to be married again so they would have a marriage certificate here in the states. It is also very possible that they destroyed all of their original papers.
