Mrs and Mrs Werner Erickson of Ishpeming were weekend visitors at the Mr and Mrs Arthur C.Johnson home in Calumet. Mr and Mrs William Hanson have returned to Detroit following a 2 week visit with Highway location relatives,Willie is a former Kearsarge resident. Mr and Mrs John Romsak of Detroit are visiting their parents, MRs Romsak of Albion Location and Mr and Mrs Julius Kleven of Kearsarge and vacationing in LacLaBelle. Neil Lehto of Delaware ,Water Gap Penn. is spending the summer at the Houghton Canal and visiting relatives in Hancock. Mr and MRs Arthur (Martha) Rowe , daughter Marily are visiting her parents Mr and Mrs John Pintamo of Allouez and the John Rowe family in Albion Location. Marilyn Mugford, Marion Richards and Marilyn Pryor of Laurium are attending the Methodist Institute in Michagamme this week.Marilyn has been visiting her grandfather , James Pryor of Laurium for several weeks. Mr and Mrs Jack Matthews of Detroit are vsiting the latters's sister, Mrs albert Schafer of Calumet. Mr and Mrs Jay Liddick of Royal Oak are visiting at the home of Mr and Mrs Reuben Davey JR of Calumet Nick Cappello has returned to Detroit after spending the past few weeks visiting relatives and friends in Calumet. Mr and Mrs J.Everett Baird of Flint vacationed this last week in Copper Harbor.Mrs Baird is the former Thelma Shears of Kearsarge and made her home with her uncle Edwon Laity until she graduated from Calumet High school. Mr and Mrs Stephen Fobish of Glendale Ca. are visiting the fromers sister, Miss Mae Fobish of Calumet.Steve left for Calif. in 1920 to make his home. Mrs manila Palmatier, daughter of Mrs Robert Batten and grandson of Bobby Batten of Calumet are visting the Ray Palmatier family and the Raymond Seppala family in Dearborn. Mr and Mrs Fred (Marion Penpraze) Koski of Detroit are vacationing at their home in Kearsarge.
