We went to Mass in Clontarf this morning and then coffee. Mass was for Arlene. I have stayed on my diet yet also. Even last evening I was not craving for something to eat, but I did get a stalk of celery and munched slowly on that. I was down 2 pounds this morning. I just dropped Linus an e-mail to see if he made contact with the Cameron's at the hospital and if they knew anything.
