No, this project has been around for about 3-4 years I think, but their server was down for a long time. Seems like around a year that it was down. They had data for different counties so it is good to bookmark and check it out every so often. The records they have are free to researchers. I have no idea who the lady was as I have never seen her name before, so can't help out with that at all.
