I printed off all the information to take with me. One other question, germane to this query: I noticed that birth records are available from 1867 forward, but can you advise me as to where I can find birth records dated between 1852 - 1866? My great-grandfather (Henry Warbler) and all his siblings were born at Copper Falls Mine and I do know that before 1861 it was still Houghton Co. Information online has been elusive, at best, and I realize that record keeping was a bit more sporadic in the early years. I will be hitting the Keweenaw Co. courthouse this trip as well.
