    3. I am looking for siblings of Frank Rule 1862-1900. Frank came to Michigan as a young man from Cornwall, England (per his obit). His parents were Samuel Rule and Mary Jane Wales. He married Agnes Bone on June 25, 1887 and a witness to the marriage was Eddie Rule. I can not find anything on this name. I have Franks death certificate and marriage certificate. Neither tell me the parish in Cornwall. I need suggestions as to finding siblings. I only have one Rule cousin that I know of and she has been very helpful getting me this far. Could you please give me the address of the Corwall lists, thank you. Can you provide some names for your RULE's and their Birth, Marriage, and Death dates? My Rule emigrant ancestor is John Rule (b: 1829, Illogan Parish) baptised in Camborne Parish. He emigrated in 1853, and married Harriet Martin (B 1831 Kea parish) in St. Lawarence county New York. They migrated west to Wisconsin where two of John's sisters were living, and then to Ontonagon county where most of their children were born. In the mid 1880's they moved to Houghton County, the house they lived in still stands on M-26. In 1918 they moved to Alameda County, CA where their three surviving adult children lived, they died here in 1919. John's parents were Richard Rule and Mary Dunn, his Rule grandparents were Richard Rule and Honour Bosanko. Cat Nielsen Berkeley, CA ==== MIHOUGHT Mailing List ==== MIGenWeb Houghton Co. 3. Hi Barbara, I may have missed it but where did Frank die? (City/county?) I'm happy to check the US census online for you if you tell me where he lived. .........He might be listed as Francis instead of Frank...... Have you looked at city directories to see if they were living down the street from Rule or Bone relatives? If he was a miner I would suggest looking for mining employment records. I was surprised that the Calumet and Hecla Mines applications not only ask for parents names, some identify family members in Europe. It also tracks their employment and gives reasons why they left previous employment. Some ask when they immigrate. I'd like to help. Please tell me the last known address for Frank. BTW, Since he died in 1900 the employment record asks more questions then US naturalization records. They don't have useful information until after 1906.
