    3. I am curious on which ports of departure and which ports of arrival Houghton ancestors used. I am trying to find my great grandmother and her first born's passage c. 1888-89. Passengers Marianna Wojtkowiak age ~23 and Jakub (Jacob) ~ 1 1/2 yrs old. Family story says she left from Stettin. Her husband who preceded her traveled Bremen to Baltimore to Calumet. She did not. I have searched via stevemorse.org, castlegarden, ancestry, theshipslist and microfilms. I have started to view the new Canadian manifests online. (Information on the National Library of Canada including services and collections.) http://www.collectionscanada.ca So, I'm curious about other German -Poles path to Calumet.
