    3. No, why? I suppose I could find out. It depends what you mean as well. The current St. Joseph's Church was completed in 1912, but there was another Church before that that burned down. I know that my Great Grandfather was the first confirmation class and altar boy at the 1912 church. clint ----- Original Message ----- From: "CR CORBEIL" <ETTLAFEET@msn.com> To: <MIHOUGHT-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, April 20, 2003 7:48 PM Subject: Re: [MIHOUGHT] 1890 and 1900 Cenus > Hello Clint, > Do you know who was the first person to be Baptized at St. Josephs church in Lake Linden? > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: C. 2. Looking at your posting, I have found a James and an Edward Hunt in the 1910 census living in Montmorency County, Hillman Twp. From this, James is married to someone whose name looks like Hyperia (I can't make out the spelling) and has a son, Nelson. James is listed as 23. Edward listed as 23 in the index living in Hillman Twp. is married to Alba and has a son, Rea. Hope this helps.

    3. From the 1880 census, I think that Angus had a sister, Mary MacDonald who would have been born around 1865. If it is the right family, she became a school teacher and never married. (My mother claimed she was a School Principal, but I am not sure about that.) Could someone find Mary in the 1900 census for me? SShe might be either in Houghton or Ontonagon. I have a copy of a land grant in Ontonagon to Mary MacDonald. TIA Marion

    3. I just received the birth certificate for my mother's cousin, Laura MacDonald. On the BC, her name is Lerna Dean MacDonald and her father was Angus MacDonald. (I'm wondering if her name was actually Lorna, a good Scottish name.) Her mother's name was Lillian, and they lived in Quincy. His occupation is listed as Supply Clerk. Lerna/Laura was born in 1893, so I am hoping that they might show up on the 1900 census. Angus was born in Scotland, Lillian in Michigan. Can someone please do a lookup for me? Marion
