Hello, I'm here, one subscriber at least. Monitoring this list because my Pearce's lived in MI in the 1860's. Their son Samuel was born in Bere Alston, the rest of siblings born in US. In 1861 they were in England, in 1871 they were in Franklin Township, Houghton County. By 1881 they were in LaSalle, IL. Henry & Martha Pearce. Martha Trathen was from Bere Alston, Devon. I don't know where Henry was from, but I do know from his marriage record that his father's name was John Pearce. Michelle Z. Does anyone know where the Church Records would be for the Methodist Church in Boston Location, Houghton County. Or the Mining records for the Boston Mine. Does anyone know anymore information or pictures they could share. My family are from the Baltic, Chassel, Painesdale area.
