I have had this information for a few years. The other night when I couldn't sleep, I started to think, why was he in jail, it said drunk and disorderly, were was he being drunk and disorderly? All these thoughts. If anyone up there has time, energy, or access to the local newspapers for that date, could they please look up and see if there is any article about a fight or something that would result in his arrest? His name was Isaac Isto. If anyone could do this please let me know and what it would cost for them to send me a copy. Location Elmira, Otsego, Michigan. I found this by following other family members with a different last name that live with Raymond. Who ever transcribed the census read the GARROW as GARSON. D.
