As far as the name Hazen is concerned, if it was on my list, it was there in error. Forrester is my grandmother's maiden name her given name was Stella May. Her father was W. M. or WM. Forrester from Indiana. He married Martha Carpenter also from Indiana. Stella May was born 1878-9 in indiana, but the family migrated to Kansas at some point, and Stella May married and raised her family there. Hope we can help each other with this.
