Trying to locate Herbert and Hannah (Sarno) Saal who adopted a baby girl at Sikeston, Scott Co., Missouri. The baby was born on Dec 26, 1955. Hannah SARNO Saal is a sister to a Dr. Samuel SARNO, who was a prominent physician in Morehouse, New Madrid Co., Missouri. I have info on the biological parents of this baby girl, who would be 46 years old. At the time of the adoption Herbert and Hannah Saal lived in Flint, Genesee Co., Michigan (1955). The only Herbert Saal that I found an address for (on the search site) was located in Rockford, Winnebago Co., ILLINOIS, age 83. This may be who I am looking for, but not sure.
