I am looking for info on William Barnhart who married Ardella Luce in NY about 1834. Her parents were Truman and Laura (or Loretta) Luce. William and Ardella Barnhart moved to Clayton Township about 1845. They moved there from Erie Co., NY, the town of Lancaster. William died before the 1860 Census but Ardella lived till November 1882. They had at least 15 children. One of their daughters, Ellen, married Philip Beach and is my husband's gr-gr-grandmother. Does anyone know if there is family history of this line in the Flint Library? I am close enough to drive there for the day. I have found this site to be very informative and cooperative.
