I am unable to find the information for my g-g-grandfather who died Feb 1894 in Alcona County, Michigan. His name is John Hendrie, but his gravestone lists him as John Henry. Any clues as to why he does not appear on the Gendis list? According to their website the current system contains information on 170,000 Michigan death records from 1867-1884. ----- Original Message ----- From: Dean and Pauline Sears To: MIGENESE-L@rootsweb.com Sent: Thursday, October 17, 2002 5:54 PM Subject: Re: [MIGENESE] Dorothy - GENDIS I am unable to find the information for my g-g-grandfather who died Feb 1894 in Alcona County, Michigan.
