Dear List: I'm new to the Genesee County list, and am researching the siblings of my great grandfather CLARKE. So far, I have the following information on three of his siblings that moved from Dunwich Township, Elgin County, Ontario to Genesee County, Michigan. Annetta (Nettie) (CLARK) (1875-1954) married Earl TANDY (1874-1962) in March 1914. From Nettie's obit and the age she was married I'm assuming there were no children of this marriage.Nettie and Earl TANDY are buried at the Bristol Road Cemetery in Flint Township. Helena (CLARK) (1858-1946) married John NEWTON (1851-1903) in 1883 in Dunwich Twp. Elgin County, Ontario. From the 1910 Michigan Census, I have the following children: William b. 1883; Leo b. 1885, John b.1888; Roy or Ray b. 1889, and Mary E. b. 1890. Helena and John NEWTON are buried at the Glenwood Cemetery. According to the cemetery transcriptions on the same lot is Hazel no surname, and no date. Oran L. Clark (1871-1948) married Marybelle -?- about 1905. From obituaries and the 1910 Michigan Census I have the following children for this couple: Helen E. Clark b. 1906; Eva Clark b. 1907; Kenneth Clark b. 1908; Leon Clark b. 1909, and Annabelle Clark. From Oran's 1948 obituary his children are Annabelle (CLARK) FRY of Flint; Kenneth CLARK of Clio; Leon CLARK of Flint; and Eva (CLARK) SHANNON.
