Grace, The Flint Public Library's website says they have the following. I believe some are only on microfilm which may be why you did not see the one for 1880. Barb Flint City Directory - 1871 to 1991, 2000 The collection is complete. Volumes from the depression and war years were not published. He was 60 when my dad was born and my dad was 55 when I was born so there are a lot of years between just three generations. When I was in Flint, I couldn't find an 1880 city directory for the address. His name was Horatio Nelson Mather and his son William Clark Mather also lived on Kearsley street around that time at 512. It's possible Wm. C. and his family moved into the house Horatio moved out of. I'd like to know if they lived in the same house (if an 1880 city directory can be found) but if not, since 475 came long after 1910, I'd be interested in a map as well. Grace
