    3. Hey. Could anyone please tell me where "Sand Lake, Mich." is located, County etc. ? I'm looking for info regarding: Lillian (Lilly) CARLING, nee GULLIKSEN b. 1885 in Chicago. I assume that any obituary could give info regarding her family and descendants. Grateful for any help. Per Olav in Norway eidis@c2i.net

    3. There are 3 Sand Lakes in MI. One in Lenawee, one in Monroe, and one in Iosco county. My Atlas is from 1977. The peculiar thing is each is listed with the same zip code 49343.     3. Hi All, Wow didn't realize there were so many Sand Lakes! What a lesson. The Sand Lake I am most familiar with is the one that straddles Kent County (Nelson Twp.) and Montcalm Co. (Pierson Twp.) The majority of the city is in Kent Co., but many of the outlying areas with a Sand Lake phone and address are in Montcalm Co. Regards, Kim Pennock
