Hi All List Members: On Sunday May 28th,2000 I am having a lunceon for all BUTTERFIELD Descendents who live in the Michigan Area. Requirements are you birng your research notes and family tree listing your BUTTERFIELDS. As I am a Descendent of Iran Daniel BUTTERFIELD of Lapeer County I would like to meet cousins and any descendents that live here in Michigan. As I am going to be shopping on Saturday I will need an answer on who is coming. so that I will have enough food on hand.Directions for getting here are as follows: I-94 East to Exit 262 WADHAMS RD. in St. Clair. Exit off and go over the freeway and at the bottom of the hill and past the on ramps for west bound you will see a sign that says THOUSAND TRAILS CAMPGROUND. Turn right into the campground and stop at the Ranger Station and tell them you are here to see Jean and Joe Payton in space C10. After getting through the gate keep going into the campground and pass Section A and continue on into Section C. A Putt-putt Golf are is on the right. You then will come to a fork in the road and keep to the left. The first road on the left turn left. You will see a green and white Motorhome. That is us. If coming from I-69 go east on I-69 and get off at Exit 196 Wadhams Rd. and turn right and go south seven miles and turn left into the campground. You will see sign. Follow the rest of the above instructions. So everyone let me know by Thursday May 25, as I will be shopping on Saturday Morning for the lunch.
