Help, please! I recently put in a request for a birth certificate with the Michigan Vital Records Dept. I stepped out for a minute today & missed an important phone call from them. Of course for some reason the message kept cutting in & out. I made out most of what they were saying but when they left the phone number, the last 2 digits were cut off! I'm hoping someone can help me fill in the blanks. I've looked all over & can't find a phone number to match. Here's what I have (517) 335-90_ _. The lady I am trying to reach is Aiva (sp). Thank you!
