Hello all I am trying to find information on my gggrand parents and their children. Christian Frederick Schlegelmilch was born in Prussia on 20 Feb 1924 he married Elizabeth Dilling who was born in Devonshire England on 26 May 1823. They were married on the 27th of Feb 1850 in Bowanville - Darlington Township, Durhan County, Ontario. They had 4 children. 1. Albert Born on 7 Jan 1851 in New York State Died on 14 Nov 1881 in Meade Township He married Nickolena Nelson and they had five children I am looking for the names and familys of these children. He was a farmer 2. Frederick W Born 26 Oct 1862 (not sure of location) Principal/Teacher of Grindstone City School Port Autin District No. 2 He was married to Mary Davis on 2 July 1880 at Saint pauls Episcopal Church Bad Axe, Huron Michigan It is not known if they had any children. 3. Julious Born 2 Nov 1853 Married to someone name Ellen They had a daughter named Lottie born 15 June 1873. He was also married to Estelle Oades Estelle Oades was previously married to Richard O'Connor, they had two sons, Richard took one son, Estelle took the other son also named Richard. His occupation is not known. 4. Mary Born 26 Aug 1860 Died 25 Jan 1928 Married Joseph West 5 Aug 1881 Joseph West was a Bookkeeper for Bennett-Haskell they had 8 children Arthur David, Mabel E, Frederick McIntrye, Joseph Elmer, Walter H, Ralph Hewitt, Harry David, and Grace Hatch. I am the gggranddaughter of Mary and I am trying to piece together the missing parts of this story. Any help you can offer would be wonderful. Christian lived in New York for a time, also lived in Ontario, and Port Cresent Michigan, he may also have lived in Sauk WI for a time. Thank you in advance for any help finding my missing relatives.
