I apologize if this is a duplicate message to any of you, I have sent it to several lists because the information I do have is so vague. I have a very interesting situation on my hands. I am trying to find information on my husband's grandmother. She was raised as Mary Rose Tomac. But it is believed that her birth parents were actually Aho. We are pretty sure she was born in Michigan. The birthdate she was always told was hers was May 18, 1914. Apparently she came in to some information when she was older that she could have possibly been born in 1912. She also believes she was born or raised early on in a lumberjack camp with her birth father. Mary Rose passed away in August of 1996. Let me clear up that she did not find out she was an Aho until she was much older & her parents were deceased, that's why the information is so vague. If anyone has any information on this I would appreciate your help.
