I find Samuel and his wife and adopted daughter on this 1920 Federal Census. Samuel Treby, owns home, free of mortgage, male, white, age 59, married, immigrated 1874, naturalized (can't read the date), born England, father born Unknown England, mother born Unknown England, occupation: INstructor at YMCA, working. Velora A., wife, female, white, age 52, married, born Michigan, parents born England. no occupation. Helen, adopted daughter, female, white age 11, single, born Washington state, father born Michigan, mother born Minnesota. You can go to this site and follow instructions below, to view the census page and also search other census years, etc. This is a site that you have to pay to view, EXCEPT... you can go in the 'backdoor' through this library site, and use it for a while, then there were pop-up a page asking for a password. When this happens, just close the website. Go back to the library page and start over again. They must have a timer that only allows you to search a short time, then they ask for the password, so just keep starting over when that happens. The U.S. census for 1900, 1910 and some other years, are all indexed and searchable at this site ! Good luck, please scroll down for instructions.....also try searching for Robert using his middle name instead of first name, or try both ways. Mary Delta County Library in Colorado has access to Heritage Quest. Next go to- People Next click on- Heritage Quest On the next page you will have access to census images that are indexed. Not all of the 1920 and 1930 are indexed.
