I am trying to help my sister find her father, Howard Anthony Miller. She is in her sixty's and never know him. My dad adopted her when she was little and she never know it. She just found out about him about 5 years ago. so far this is what I have about him. Frank Young (grandfather of Howard Miller) born about 1851, Baden, Germany. Frank lived in Cleveland, Cuyahoga, Ohio in 1880. He lived in Huntington Park City, LA Co., California in 1920. He was married to Elizabeth. She was born in about 1850 Ohio. Her parents were born in Germany. There daughter was Pearl Young. Pearl Young (mother of Howard Miller) Pearl Young born about 1896 in Ohio Married ? Miller who was born in England. I don't know where they were married but Howard Miller and his older sister Sonia born about 1916) was born in Michigan. I think that Howard's father died because I find Howard and Sonia living with there mother and grandparents in Huntington Park City in a 1920 Census. Pearl married next, Arthur F. Daniels born about 1889 in California. They had Donald A. Daniels born about 1924 in California. In a 1930 Census Sonia is not with them and they are still living in Huntington Park City, LA Co., California. Howard Anthony Miller born March 24, 1918 in Michigan married my mother about 1940. I don't know where. The next place that I find Howard is in San Quentin Prison in may 1942. 5 to life. He might of been transferred to Chino prison and I have someone at California Archives trying to find something on that for me. Howard might be dead by now but my sister wants to know. If he is dead she wants to know where he is buried. Does anyone know anything about this family? thank you Sandra maddux@ida.net
