Hi - I'm looking for my cousin who was adopted shortly after birth but don't know exactly how to go about it. Here is the information I have: The parents were: William Reynolds and Ruth Fox (supposedly married, but we have no proof) and he was named Thomas. We are led to believe he was Thomas Fox. He was born somewhere around 1938 either in MI, which is where Ruth lived, or in IL. My aunt, Ruth Fox, recently died so I thought I'd pursue this. Any suggestions? Priscilla
