Hello from Australia I am wondering if someone can help me find Information on William WEDLAKE. I am wondering if anyone could find any death notices ,where he is buried and his family etc. I have just read in the Portage Lake Mining Gazette July 13th 1876 Michigan USA .William Wedlake of Redruth died at The Atlantic Mine Michigan 5th July 1876 age 26 of Typhoid Fever .Wife name looks like Emma Wedlake ,is there a searchable 1870 census? I am hoping someone can tell me when he came to Mitchigan and if he came with his family(Parents) i am unsure if this is our william WEDLAKE,but i do know that our WEDLAKE family came from Redruth,Cornwall,maybe this william is son of Caroline and John WEDLAKE,is so he is mine Kind regards Pam from Australia
