Greetings from Canada. I hope some kind person can do some census lookups on the Clement LAXTON family. They are found in the 1880 census at Vevay Ingham Michigan. wife is Susanna children are Alice Lillian Anna Jesse and Arthur all born in Michigan The parents were born in England. Susanna's maiden name was Wood. There may have been a son William also. I believe Clement's parents to be Robert Laxton and Alice Little who were married in Eye Parish in Northants England.
