I have a Johann Besser who was reportedly born in Riga,Michigan in 1857 according to the marriage certificate I have. Does anyone have this person in their genealogy? Unfortunately we do not have an atlas that shows a Riga, Michigan. Would anyone know where it is located? Wilma
