    3. Most of southeastern Michigan has power out. Also Ontario and a large portion of the northeastern US. I am one of the fortunate ones whose power was restored about 5:30 am this morning, but word is that it will likely take the entire weekend to restore power to everyone and they do not expect downtown Detroit to be restored before the end of the weekend. I am in Warren, Michigan and also Sterling Heights, MI has been restored. Everyone in these area do not have power.     3. Can anyone tell me the map of where the outages are in MI? Are they just in Detroit, or is the whole lower peninsula knocked out? I'm headed to Port Huron tonight and need to know whether to cancel my reservations and stay in Chicago. I'm not concerned with overall electricity - I'm mostly concerned with whether I would be able to get gas for my car. Concetta

King pg. 438 I'm know that the Bay City Public Library, 708 Center Avenue, Bay City, Michigan, has a copy of this book and if you write or phone (989 893-9566), they would be able to send you a copy of the complete text.  They charge 15 cents per copy and perhaps postage.
