    3. Sounds like New Orleans! Used to be a fun place to visit but now... The French Quarter is still fun, but stay in the centre/center and be in your hotel before dark. Years ago, our vet was murdered there, robbers attacked his wife and he was shot when he tried to intervene. There are places in our town, Biloxi, MS, where it's not good to be in after dark. I grew up in the 1950's in Kent, at Margate, where the only murder this century, in the 1930's, was still talked about. Times have changed!
