    1. Re: [MIDLOTHIAN] Interests - MCINTOSH - DAVIDSON - DUNCAN
    2. Kevin and Jan Newcombe
    3. Toni I know only a little. Gardner McIntosh married Margaret Walkingshaw c1786 at Newbattle, Midlothian. Margaret born 22 July 1767 at Newattle. Her parents were Gideon Walkingshaw and Margaret Taylor. Children:- Gideon, born 10 April 1787, Newbattle Janet, born 9 April 1789, Newbattle Martha, born 22 October 1792, Newbattle Joseph, born July 1797 (married Margaret Gordon) Sarah, born 22 February 1801. A very helpful woman in Canada has been able to give me a some information on the Walkingshaws and she belongs to the Pryde/Pride name geneaology group online who are connected to the Walkingshaws but she has never been able to find the parentage of my Gardner McIntosh the soldier unfortunately, as neither can I. Anyway, you may know Elaine already, so I'll not go on just now. If you should want to contact her I'll contact her to see if she would mind me passing on her email address.
